Lodge Booking Overview
Elk View Lodge is an outstanding summer or winter vacation venue. Its accessible but secluded setting and spectacular views will make any stay unforgetable. This family reunion of 22 certainly enjoyed their Easter vacation:
The summer season is highly suited to fishing or golfing groups, or family groups wishing to enjoy all the amenieties Fernie has to offer. Please call for full vacation package rates. An indication of accommodation costs is available in the tables below, we are able to provide early booking and group discounts.
During the Winter season, Elk View Lodge is targeted at half-board or self-catered large groups staying Saturday to Saturday. During non-peak periods (some Winter weeks and all summer) however, smaller parties may book individual rooms on a half-board or bed & breakfast basis.
The Lodge management company (www.elkvalleyvacations.com) can arrange all-in packages for groups of up to 20. For example typical costs per person (assuming groups of 12) for a 7 night 6-day skiing trip would be CAD$1650-1850 depending upon season (including half board accommodation at Elk View Lodge, ski passes, eqpt rental [boots, poles and skis], return ground transfers from Calgary Int'l airport, daily shuttle service but excl flights and tax).

| TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Payments Policy:
Initial Deposit: 50% deposit of gross amount (i.e. including GST and HST) required at time of booking. Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 Days or more prior to arrival: $55.00 administration charge is not refundable.
- 31-90 Days prior to arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
- 0-30 days prior to arrival: full payment is non-refundable.
